Service Description

CantHide.org is a free child safety intelligence platform. Our tools include a sex offender registry lookup with interactive mapping, an AI-powered chat conversation analyzer, platform safety scorecards, a grooming pattern library, proximity alerts, a child-safe educational section, and a verified Hunter Network for community-sourced predator investigations.

Everything on CantHide.org is provided for informational purposes only. Our analysis tools are not legal advice and should never be treated as such. This platform is not a substitute for law enforcement — if you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Always verify information through official sources. All registry data is sourced from publicly available government databases.

Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all the data we present. However, sex offender registry data is sourced from public databases that may contain delays, errors, or outdated information. Our AI-powered chat analysis provides behavioral indicators, not definitive conclusions. Analysis results should be considered one data point among many, not a final determination.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CantHide.org or any data obtained from it to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any individual.
• Take vigilante action against any person listed in a registry or identified through analysis.
• Submit false or fabricated reports, conversations, or tips.
• Discriminate against any individual in housing, employment, or public accommodations based on registry data.
• Scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform data.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Hunter Network

Members of the verified Hunter Network agree to adhere to all submission guidelines, including accuracy requirements and evidence standards. Hunters must operate within the bounds of the law at all times. Submissions are reviewed for accuracy and compliance before publication. CantHide.org reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission and to revoke Hunter verification status at any time.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, branding, and code are the property of CantHide.org. By submitting content to the platform (including chat analyses, tips, and Hunter submissions), you grant CantHide.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the operation of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

CantHide.org is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CantHide.org and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any information provided, or any actions taken based on platform data.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
